Why am I being told that I can't join or start because I am already in a session when I'm not?
When starting or joining a meeting an error pops up "There is already a session running".
You may have a previous meeting that did not end cleanly stuck in the processes
To terminate the stuck process
- Right click on task bar
- Click Start Task Manager
- Click the P rocesses tab
- End any processes that begin with g2m
- Attempt to relaunch your session
Alternatively, rebooting your computer completely should also resolve this issue.
It is recommended that you uninstall and reinstall the Citrix Online Launcher in addition to GoToMeeting to permanently resolve this issue.
