Cause

Resolution

1. Delete GoToMeeting apps installed on system by dragging them to Trash from Appplication Folder
2. Close all Safari browser windows with GoToWebinar page open
3. Logged back into account via www.gotowebinar.com
4. Schedule a webinar

Advise customer to use a browser without cookie blocker
