Cause

This can occur for a variety of reasons, usually involving the internet connection speed or quality negatively impacting the audio data being sent.

Resolution

Any one of the following should assist:

  1. Run the Connection Wizard
  2. Toggle audio modes (switch to telephone for 10 seconds and then switch back to mic and speakers)
  3. Switch to telephone for the remainder of the session
