Unable to change administrator

Issue

When the account Administrator is the main billing contact, the ability to edit/remove the Administrator role will not be available.

Cause

When the account Administrator is the main billing contact, the ability to edit/remove the Administrator role will not be available.

Resolution

Check who the main billing contact by checking who is listed Billing Info box appears on the My Account page.
Check to see who the billing contact is by going into the My Account page, check under Billing Info and Personal Info .
