Desktop Icon is Not Working

Issue

When trying to schedule or start a meeting, the desktop icon is not responding and the GoToMeeting application does not open

Cause

This can be caused by a variety of things. Often reinstalling the application is enough to resolve it permanently.

Resolution

  1. Uninstall GoToMeeting on Windows or Mac OSX
  2. Reinstall GoToMeeting on Windows or Mac OSX
