Issue

(Admin only acct) Can't access My Webinars page but can access Admin Center when signed in at www.gotowebinar.com

Procedure

Answer

Cause

Customer is logging in to Administrator-only account with no assigned Organizer seat.

Resolution

  1. Log out of online account page
  2. Sign in using email and password for account with assigned GoToWebinar seat

Additional Information

If customer does not have a separate Organizer account log in, they can add an Organizer seat to the same account.
