Procedure

Answer

Cause

Inactivity timeout was set to 3 minutes.

Resolution

Our Engineering Team has made a change on 10/4/16 (Pacific Time) to increase the inactivity timeout from 3 minutes to 15 minutes.

If you are still seeing this issue beyond 10/4/16, please clear your browser cache and cookies.
On the browser toolbar, click the Chrome menu icon.
Select the More Tools link.
Select the Clear browsing data link.
In the data drop-down menu, select the time range where you want to clear browsing data.
Select the Cookies and other site and plug-in data and Cached images and files checkboxes.
Click the Clear Browsing Data button.
