Why was the audio not captured in my recording?

Procedure

Answer

  1. Right click on the GoToMeeting application in the system tray
  2. Select Preferences
  3. Click Recording
  4. Under the Audio section make sure Use GoToMeeting integrated audio
  5. *If any of the two other options are selected the audio won't be recorded by GoToMeeting
