Issue

Objective

Environment

  • GoToMeeting

  • GoToTraining

Procedure

Answer

The correct British Summer Time Offset is UTC + 1 hour. This is available by selecting (GMT) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London when scheduling a new session from the web.
Although this option is listed as "GMT" and not "BST," it is automatically adjusted from UTC + 0 hours to UTC + 1 hour during daylight savings time. The option listed under (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time is UTC + 0 year-round.
