Why Is The Download Button For Recording Greyed Out?

Procedure

Answer

The download recording option is only available for recordings that were created with the new cloud recording feature. Traditional offline recordings that were manually uploaded can not be downloaded that way, hence the button is greyed out.
This is by design, so there is no fix. Users encountering the issue should have the original recording on their hard drive. In case the converted version is no longer available, check for the unconverted version in the "originals" folder and convert it again.
