How do I change or update the billing information?

Change billing information on account

Environment

  • GoToWebinar
  • GoToMeeting
  • GoToTraining
  • OpenVoice

Procedure

  1. Log in to your My Account page here
  2. Click Edit under Billing Info
  3. Enter your new information
  4. Click Save Changes when finished

Please note:  If you have a contract account you will not see the option to update billing info within the My Account page.  You will need to access via a separate portal.
