I can not log into my account, always stuck on "My Account" page

Issue

  • Can log into account but keep directing me to the "My Account" page
  • Clicking on links to navigate to My Meetings, GoToWebinar or GoToTraining product selections within the account redirects back to the "My Account" page

Cause

This may be caused by browser cookies. If you have a corporate account, this also may mean that either someone changed the email address for your log in, or your account permission or seat was removed or suspended by the account administrator.

Resolution

1. Please make sure your account is active and that you have organizer rights
