(Re-subscribe) Customer has updated billing information after payment was declined and account suspended yet still can't access the My Meetings / My Webinars / My Trainings page when logged in online.

Resolution

  1. Go to www.GoToMeeting.com
  2. Click Sign In on the upper right hand side of the page
  3. Enter your Email Address and Password
  4. Click Sign In
  5. Click Subscribe Now
  6. Select the web conferencing solution that fits your needs
  7. Click Review Your Plan
  8. Verify or enter new billing details
  9. Click Purchase Now
