Shortcut to Host is no longer working

Issue

Customer calls from the Client PC because the shortcut that connects to the Host PC is no longer working.

Resolution

1. Delete the shortcut that is not working
2. Log into gotomypc.com
3. Connect to the Host PC
4. Enter Access Code
If the Client can connect to the Host via the website, create a new shortcut:
