Ctrl Alt Delete is not being sent from Client to Host

All basic troubleshooting has already been done and Ctrl Alt Delete is not being sent from Client to Host.

Incorrect registry key values

Resolution

Advanced Steps:
Check registry key values on Host machine. Please note that this is an advanced step and should only be done by a technical support representative or the IT person for the company.
On the Host machine:
1. Click on Start
2. Click on Run
3. Enter regedit
4. Press Enter
5. Follow the registry path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
6. On the right we need to check the values of two Subkeys
7. EnableLUA should be value = 1
8. SoftwareSASGeneration should be value = 3
9. If the above values are different, please change by right clicking on the Subkey
10. Click Modify
11. Enter correct Value data
12. Click OK
13. Reboot the Host machine
14. Try to send Ctrl Alt Delete from Client to Host
