How to Remove or Delete an End User

Remove/delete end user

Environment

GoToMyPC Pro or Corporate Account

Procedure

  1. Login to your GoToMyPC Manager Account
  2. Click Manage Users on the left navigation menu
  3. Type the email address of the desired user into the Find field
  4. Click Search Users
  5. Check the box left of the desired user
  6. Click on the Change Status drop down menu
  7. Select Delete
  8. Click the Change Status button .
  9. Check the box if you would like to Send email notification to deleted users
  10. Click the Continue button
