You Have Entered Zero Digits

Issue

When attempting to enter the access code the automated system responds with "You have entered zero digits"

Cause

Resolution

The automated system listens for touch tones (DTMF*) that are specific frequencies. If the connection is especially poor or if the calling phone is sending tones that are not the correct frequency, the system may not register that any tones were sent at all.
Hanging up and calling back in may resolve this issue or an alternate phone may be used.  Please contact your Phone Service Provider if the issue persists.
 

Additional Information

Note: DTMF stands for Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency. It is a standardized system for sending and receiving touch tones. Telephony/IP phone systems may need to be calibrated to send the correct tones. Citrix products follow RFC-2833 compliant standards for DTMF recognition.
