1. You do not have a product license on your account
2. You have been deleted from your corporate or multi-seat online account by the account Administrator

Resolution

1. You do not have a product license on your account

  • The user will need to contact their administrator on the corporate account and enable a product license

2. You have been deleted from your corporate or multi-seat online account by the account Administrator
  • The user will need to contact their administrator on the corporate account and have them re-invite the user
