Cause

Toll audio disabled in Admin Center

Resolution

1. Log in to affected organizer account
2. Go to the organizer's Account Settings
3. Select Use my own conference call service
4. Enter text in corresponding field
5. Click Save
6. Once saved, re-enable Built in Audio/VoIP
7. Should now be able to schedule successfully
