My attendees can hear me but I can't hear my attendees

Resolution

  • Check your own speakers by doing a Sound Check test from your GoToMeeting Control Panel
  • Check that your attendees have not muted themselves - you can do this by looking at the attendees list and looking at the icon next to their name - it should be green if they are un-muted
  • Your attendee can check what microphone they have selected from their GoToMeeting Control Panel
  • Your attendee can do a Sound Check
  • If none of these work, please contact Customer Care
