Procedure

Answer

Cause

The current login session has expired or is no longer valid.

Resolution

  1. In Outlook click the Add-Ins tab
  2. Click GoToMeeting Settings
  3. Click Sign Out
  4. Confirm the sign out
  5. Click GoToMeeting Settings
  6. Click Sign In
  7. Enter GoToMeeting user credentials
  8. When prompted click Allow
