Can't Start Meeting After Account Is Reactivated

Account had been deactivated for non-payment, but now is active and still can't start the meeting from the desktop app

Cause

expired account deactivates the desktop app

Resolution

  1. Verify the account is active
  2. Log in at www.gotomeeting.com and start the meeting from the My Meetings page
  3. This will reactivate the desktop software
