If you have a contract account with us and have questions on your invoices please reach out to our corporate billing department Mon-Fri 5am to 5pm PST.

If you would like to access your Corporate Billing Portal you may do so by visiting https://www.citrixonline.com/s/corp-portal
Here you can: 

  • View, accept and reject quotes
  • View/print last 20 invoices
  • Update billing information: (Credit card number, Address [not country], phone number, payment method [credit card/check/ACH])
  • Add contacts to receive invoices
  • Edit Purchase Orders and expiration date
