Answer

You can manage users by logging in into the Admin Center with Administrator credentials.

  1. Log in to the Admin Center
  2. Select Manage Users in the left navigation
  3. On the Manage Users page, select the check box next to users names
  4. Click Manage Seats . In the Manage Seats pop-up window, you can replace the products for the selected user(s).
  5. After choosing an option, click Apply Changes .
