How To Create Recurring Meeting Invitation For Outlook

Objective

Create a GoToMeeting recurring meeting invitation that will populate to Outlook Calendar

Environment

  • GoToMeeting (Desktop app)
  • Windows
  • Outlook
  • GoToMeeting Outlook Integration

Procedure

  1. Right-click GoToMeeting system tray icon
  2. Click Schedule a Meeting
  3. Schedule a recurring meeting
  4. Click Recurrence in ribbon on Outlook Calendar Entry
  5. Set desired recurrence
  6. Click OK
  7. Enter attendee email addresses in the To... field
  8. Click Send

This uses Outlook Calendar scheduling, does not affect GoToMeeting.
