Procedure

  1. Log in here
  2. Click Manage Users on the left navigation
  3. Enter the Name, email, or conference number into the search bar
  4. Click the name of the user(s)
  5. Click Edit in the Settings box
  6. Select the product(s) you want to change
  7. Click countries listed under Details for Long distance numbers or Toll-free numbers
  8. Choose your preference and click Apply
