Forgot Password in Remote Support or Service Desk

Issue

Using the correct email address, but the incorrect password.

If the User is unable to log into GoToAssist Service Desk or GoToAssist Remote Support, please have them visit www.gotoassist.com and go through the following steps:
1. Click on Sign In
2. Enter the correct email address for the account
3. Click on Send an Email
4. The Forgot Password email will be sent to the email address on file
5. Click on the link within the email to establish a new password.
**Please note: the password must be at least 8-characters and contain both numbers and letters.
