Why do I get "OH NO! That wasn't supposed to happen" when I try to export my time reports?

When users attempt to export a large amount of time data, the export may fail and yield an "Oh No" message. At this time, the only work around is to run the report and export it for less time. Running the report for a month at a time is expected to allow users to gather the data they need without getting an error.
To generate a time report without causing an error:
1. Log into desk.gotoassist.com .
2. Select Service Desk
3. Select Time
4. Select Time Reports
5. Choose a Date Range of no greater than a month.
6. Select Run Report
7. Select Export as CSV
The report will be generated without issue.
