How can I trial Remote Support and Service Desk at the same time?

Objective

Ability to trial both Remote Support and Service Desk at the same time. There are times when adding on Service Desk, it only allows 14-days and/or prompts for a credit card. Please use the alternate link in the solution below to get around this scenario.
