User would like to be notified of Tasks

Environment

GoToAssist Service Desk

Procedure

Notifications regarding Tasks are emailed to Watchlisted Users. Those assigned to Tasks are automatically Watchlisted Users. To be added to Watchlisted Users, at the bottom of the Incident, a User may be added to the Technician Watchlist prior to Saving the Incident.
Please note that neither the Owner or Customer will receive notifications regarding Tasks.
