Unattended machines missing from Unattended Support List on desktop application (though available on website)

Answer

Cause

Resolution

  1. Sign in at www.gotoassist.com
  2. Connect to missing unattended machine from the website
  3. Disconnect
  4. Right click expert system tray icon and select View unattended computers
  5. Click Refresh

Missing unattended machines should now be displayed.
