Why is Upgrade to Run as a Service unavailable?

There are two reasons why the option to Upgrade to Run as a Service would be available for an Expert:
- The Expert is not in an Active Session with a Customer
- The software automatically upgraded itself when it connected to the Customer
**The Expert can turn on the option to 'Run support sessions as a service on starup'by clicking on Tools and Preferences.
