How to run a Session Report

Objective

Generate report displaying user activity.

Environment

  • GoToAssist Remote Support

Procedure

  1. Log in to GoToAssist Remote Support account
  2. Hover mouse over Remote Support to expand drop down menu
  3. Click Reports
  4. Select type of report
    • Attended Sessions
    • Unatteded Sessions

  5. Specify desired Companies and Technicians
  6. Select preset or custom date range
  7. Select Report Format
    • HTML
    • PDF
    • Excel (.XLS)
    • Comma-Delimited Text (.CSV)

  8. Click Generate Report
