Opener/Launcher Download Required Every Time in Firefox

Issue

Nothing happens when joining or starting a session. The Opener must be manually downloaded and run each time.

  1. In Firefox, click the User-added image menu at top right
  2. Click Options
  3. Click Apllications
  4. Search citrixonline
  5. Change Action to Always Ask
  6. Close Firefox
  7. Retry starting or joining session
  8. When prompted, select to use the launcher
