Procedure

  1. Have the following information below ready before contacting Customer Care:
(a) Billing Customer Name (Company Name, which you obtain from the State Exemption Certificate) 
(b) Billing Customer Address 
(c) Billing Customer City 
(d) Billing Customer State 
(e) Billing Customer Country 
(f) Billing Customer Zip 
(g) Billing Customer Phone 
(h) Billing Customer Email 
(i) Billing Customer Contact (Company Contact Person) 
(j) A copy of the Tax Exemption Certificate
(k) Include the Email address associated with the account

      2. Contact Customer Care by visiting our Support Center.
Note: You must attach the Tax Exemption Certificate to your email

It can take 3-5 business days before the exemption is processed and, if applicable, refund(s) are issued for the tax. You will be contacted when the exemption is processed.
